Prize Draw Rules:

1. Entry to the prize draw allows entry via the Loyal Free app which can be downloaded via your phone’s app store. Or a completed paper form giving your email address which must be handed in at Skipton Town Hall.

2. Entrants can be of any age but if under the age of 16 all correspondence must be with parents or legal guardians. Entrants must not work for or be a director of Yarndale Ltd or Skipton BID.

3. The trail and accompanying competition will run from Tuesday 1st August until midnight Sunday 24^th September 2023.

4. Entries must be received no later than 11.59pm on Sunday 24^th September 2023 in order to be entered into the Prize Draw.

5. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries on Tuesday 26th September 2023.

6. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winners will be contacted via telephone or email – three attempts to contact the winner will be made between 9am and 5pm on 26th/27th September 2023. In the event of these attempts being unsuccessful the entry will become void, and a new winner will be drawn.

9. The winner will receive a Yarndale Goody Bag comprising a Yarndale Shopper Bag, a notebook, pen and Yarndale badges.

10. The Yarndale Goody Bag will be issued within 2 weeks of the winner being selected.

11. The prize is non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes.

12. Winners or their representative will be required to have their photograph taken for press and PR purposes.
