With Ann Kingstone

Sunday: 10.30 – 13.00

Discover the magic of double knitting: a reversible colourwork technique creating two mirrored fabrics in one. In this beginner-friendly introduction, Ann teaches a seamless Italian cast-on, practical ways to manage two yarns with confidence, and methods for producing crisp, tidy selvedges — equipping you with the skills to start knitting fully reversible projects.

Participants will receive yarn and pattern to make a double knitted coaster (see image which shows half each of the two faces of the coaster)

Participants need to bring 2.5mm and 3.5mm knitting needles of any type (single point, double point or circulars are all suitable)
