The Art of Single Colour Brioche Knitting

Discover how to create a plush, reversible fabric with a beautiful ribbed texture in our Brioche Knitting workshop. Perfect for those new to the technique, this workshop will provide you with a solid foundation to expand your skills. We’ll guide you through the basic stitches and techniques, including the increases and decreases that give brioche knitting its distinctive look.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the confidence and skills needed to create your own brioche accessory, using our sustainably sourced organic Egyptian Cotton.

Participants will receive all necessary materials, including yarn, pattern, and a bamboo circular needle, provided in a handy project bag.

This workshop is best suited for those who are already confident with basic knitting techniques and able to read their work.  If you’re eager to expand your knitting repertoire, we look forward to welcoming you to our workshop.

Emma Wood is a designer, workshop tutor and founder of Verde – sustainable vegan yarns.  She is an experienced knitter and crocheter who is passionate about supporting others in gaining new skills and confidence, and the benefits this can have to our everyday wellbeing.
