Make Your Colourwork Stand Out

This workshop is perfect for beginners to colourwork knitting, or those who want to improve their technique, troubleshoot issues and make the most of this fantastically varied technique.

This workshop will cover choosing your colours, managing floats and multiple yarns, emphasising certain stitches and much more!

During this workshop, you will work through a series of charts, each of which will focus on a different technique or aspect of colourwork.

Skills Needed: An ability to knit and purl confidently is essential, however no experience with colourwork is required.

Participants need to bring yarn and knitting needles to match gauge of your yarn: DK or Aran weight is recommended. Bring yarn in a range of colours, ideally 5 or more. You’ll only need a small amount of each colour, maximum 10g of each.
